PlannerFest is the perfect event for anyone who loves:
Bex is the Founder of PlannerFest. Since discovering the planner community she dreamed of running a big annual planner event in the North of England and is proud that her vision and dreams have come to fruition. She wanted to create a ground breaking and well organised event, the event she dreamed about attending herself.
Bex is a Mum to 3 children under 7 and likes to be busy! She is already cultivating a planning, stationery and crafting obsession in her children!
Bex started her event management company 15 years ago, back in 2004 before Twitter and online event registration even existed!
The small, all-female company generally works on conference and exhibition project briefs from clients so PlannerFest is a very exciting and passionate personal project that unites her passion and skills (and much more fun than most corporate events!).
Throughout her career, Becki has worked on a varied portfolio of events ranging from fashion shows to music festivals, gala dinners to exhibitions, and conferences to award ceremonies.
Formerly, Bex was also the Deputy Editor of EventMB, the number one blog for event professionals. Over four years she helped to develop content, grow traffic and authored multiple reports on various event planning topics.
Becki is also an Associate Lecturer at UCLan.
When you have booked your ticket, you will receive an automatic confirmation with your event tickets attached. Keep these safe and bring them along to the event.
We will stay in contact with all attendees via email to share important information and exciting updates between now and the event. Full attendee information will be issued at least a week before the event.
Confirmed event attendees will be notified about the private Facebook attendees group. Please join to start chatting with other planner lovers attending.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU BOOK A TICKET AND THEN CAN NO LONGER ATTEND?
Attendee cancellations received within 30 days of booking can receive a refund minus a £25 administration charge. Cancellations received after this time, or failure to attend the event will not be refundable. Bookings for those who do not attend on the day will not be eligible for a refund, whatever the circumstances, for example:
* changes to attendee's personal circumstances
* inclement weather
* transport delays
* any other reasons outside the organiser’s control
If you become unable to attend the event at any stage, you are welcome to sell/pass your ticket onto someone else, however you must notify us of:
* The original ticket holder name
* The new ticket holder name
* The new attendee email address
* Any special requirements (disability, access, etc)
* Any other information we request, as per the booking form (e.g. Instagram handle, preferred planner)
