There are thousands of members in the most active planning groups on Facebook and many other niche groups dedicated to different types of planners and different planning techniques.

Established events such as PlannerCon Europe (Brussels) sold out quickly in 2019, with 600 attendees respectively. 

We are creating THE annual planner event in the UK! 

Our research and early interest has shown demand for a large annual event to take place in the North of England.

Northerners are happy to travel 'down South' and even overseas for special planner events and now we have a large event of our own. Come and discover what the North has to offer! In 2023, people travelled from Brighton and Basingstoke, from Scotland and Wales and lots of places in the UK. We also had attendees joining from overseas!

PlannerFest is for those that have been planning for years, and those that have only just discovered the planner world and planner community. Maybe you have never heard of a planner event before?You will love it, everyone is so friendly.

Everyone is welcome and it is important to Bex to have a friendly, warm atmosphere, full of joy and discovery!

We want to create an unmissable annual event which appeals to every planner lover in the UK and beyond, whatever your planning style and preferred planner. Whether you have a pretty or functional approach, and prefer rings, strings, bound (or perhaps even digital!) this is an event for every one of you!
